Qigong Classes & Workshops help you feel calm, strong, and centered again. Join Aileen Jong’s Wild Goose Medical Qigong lessons to restore energy and balance naturally.
Simple movements. Deep healing. A peaceful way to bring health and focus back into your life.

I’ve been studying Wild Goose Medical Qigong with Dr. Bingkun Hu since 1994 — and teaching since 2002. This practice changed my life, and I’ve seen it do the same for others right here in Cupertino.
Qigong helps your body heal itself. Gently. Naturally. No pressure. No pain. Just calm breathing and smooth movements that wake up your life force — your Qi.
Each class is easy to follow and full of good energy. You’ll feel relaxed, focused, and alive again. Most students say it feels more like play than exercise.
If you’ve been feeling drained, stressed, or stuck, this is where you recharge. Join me each week and see how simple it is to feel balanced, healthy, and whole again.

Don't miss this chance to heal, rejuvenate, and start your new year positively.

Boosts your adrenals and set your kidney system for success to boost your immunity. During the coolness of the Fall as the seasons turn towards the Winter, is a good time to rest, relax and recuperate our long term Qi and Essence subtle energy to reset our immunity and reset our intentions for the coming year.
Bone Marrow Washing Qigong is an ancient Medical Qigong movement system based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine to boost the immune system during the deep cold of winter.
Cold drains the body's immune system during the darkest times of winter. So in the summer, this amazing Qigong is meant to improve our body's ability to self regulate our internal warming for winter, and cooling abilities for summer, and recharge and strengthen the kidney system.
This Qigong will also bring much needed internal life force energy (Qi) to our nervous system and brain. With regular practice of this Qigong, Aileen Jong, LAc attributes this Qigong with fundamentally changing her constitution to be stronger, with improved emotional groundedness and deeper spiritual connection.
It is also a foundational basis for improved overall personal structural and physical integrity for better coordination, balance, breathing, mental acuity and focus.
With this retreat, you'll likely feel warmer, grounded, and more energized for the new year.
